Returns Policy

You have 14 days to notify the seller that you want you want to return or exchange the item and then another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 14 days from the day on which you receive the product that you have ordered.

You can contact the seller by going into your account and then selecting on your orders the products you wish to return. There is an option there to contact. You need to let them know that you wish to return the item or exchange it.

If you want to cancel the order and the seller has already dispatched it you will have to wait to receive the item and then request a return.

Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product unless the product is faulty or damaged.

We will process the refund directly to your payment card within 14 days of the products being received by the seller. Or if no goods were send then within 14 days from when you informed the seller that you wanted to cancel the order.

A few important notes.

Our sellers will expect the good to be returned in the same condition that they were sent to you in so you will need to keep the original packaging, even if it’s faulty. This could affect any refund you are entitled to. You are liable for any diminished value of the product that’s resulted from your handling of that product. You are responsible until it actually return to them so if it s damaged in transit it’s your liability so please make sure you pack the item well.
